Our
The with Disabilities (PAID) exists to bring together individuals with disabilities seeking employment with appropriate employers. The organization provides support, resources, and information for both employee and employer in terms of job identification, training, vocational rehabilitation programs, and worksite accommodation. In fulfilling this mission, PAID seeks to reduce the astounding unemployment rate among individuals with disabilities, while providing a qualified, motivated workforce for employers in the Cambria, Centre, Somerset, Indiana, Blair, Westmoreland, Huntingdon, and Armstrong counties.
