Adding Funds with a Green Dot MoneyPak Card
With Paypal you don’t have to link your bank account if you don’t want to. There is another way to add funds to your account. Get a Green Dot Moneypak card from any retailer. Limited to only US residents, the Green Dot Moneypak card allows you to add $250 a year to start and $2000 a month from accounts with a social security number on file. Here’s how to add funds to Paypal.
Purchase a Green Dot Moneypak card. Most places charge a minimum of $4.95 to buy the actual card. Once the card is purchased, it’s time to add funds. With additional cash in-hand, they will load the desired amount (cash in-hand) into the card. Log into Paypal. From where you are scroll to the ‘add funds’ and in the drop down menu click ‘add funds with moneypak.’ Paypal will connect to Moneypak. Then type in the Moneypak number located on the back of the card. Verify by typing the CAPACHA below and press next. They will check for the funds and transfer them to the Paypal account. Once that’s done, there will be confirmation of the order.
This is a nice alternative to add money in your account.
